Ongoing Yoga Classes



Teaching at Amma Yoga, 72 St. Leger st. Unit 1

Mondays 9:30-10:30am - Yoga class

This class is great for people who are both new and experienced in Yoga, focusing on simple safe postures that strengthen the bodies core lines. Working to build a sense of what your body is requiring each day, this class incorporates functional movements along with lots of options for students to work harder or take it easy.

Thursdays 12:30-1:30pm - Yoga class

Another great weekly class that focuses on natural and functional movements that improve mobility and connects you with your inner voice. Learn to listen to your own self guidance and build a stronger daily practice. This class will transform you not just physically, but also working through the neural patterning we fall into that causes problematic physical habits. Having fun with traditional yoga asana and vinyasa we will explore a playful approach to improving our well being.
