Mondays & Thursdays 9:30-10:30am

This class is great for people who are both new and experienced in Yoga, focusing on simple safe postures that strengthen the bodies core lines. Working to build a sense of what your body is requiring each day. Learn to listen to your own self guidance and build a stronger daily practice. This class will transform you not just physically, but also working through the neural patterning we fall into that causes problematic physical habits. Having fun with traditional yoga asana and vinyasa we will explore a playful approach to improving our well being. This class also incorporates restorative adaptations to offer a well-rounded practice.
