Private Yoga Sessions

One on One Yoga Therapy sessions are an opportunity for you to transform and evolve along your healing path with the guidance of a Yoga Therapist. Working with a selection of therapeutic yoga tools such as breath awareness, Ayurveda, healing movements and restorative adaptations will be utilized in the design of each session. We can meet in person or online to explore the teaching of yoga for what is most appropriate for you on that day at that time. These sessions include guidance in yoga posture practice, breathing and meditation to balance the mind body and soul.
