  • This is a 27-day comprehensive 200 hour Yoga Alliance-certified training in the jungle, on the beach!

  • You will train to become an Infinite Source Yoga instructor and if that is not your desire you will blast off into activated status. Heal from dis-ease. Heal from mental programming. Unwind from years of stress. Truth consciousness is simple when we return to the church of MOTHER EARTH. We love this training because its a full zodiac cycle and an opportunity to really go deep with a group and transform your cellular body. Our location is wifi free and your brain gets a major re-aclimation to its original state. Our bodies decompress and relax deeply. Nite activities include moon gazing, astrology, and myofascial release.

  • If teaching yoga is your journey you will teach for 6 months to one year post-training, writing to me directly about each experience. Certification is not guaranteed but likely if you complete the training and the post training assignment. Guaranteed is certification of completion but you have to actually care and be invested in spreading the messages of pachamama to become an ISY instructor. We will have assistants from our previous trainings helping us here!

  • After completion of the post training assignment you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 Hour RYT if that is your desire.

  • This training includes a 7 day Raw cleanse

  • Meals are included in this price. The food will be healthy and mostly raw with a few cooked protein options. You will learn how to feed yourself for an activated life. Most trainees gain body confidence from the food and jungle activation. FOOD IS LIFE and we MUST HARNESS THIS POWER and understand the truth of our digestive OJAS! This experience will be like a reset button for your entire body, mind and spirit.

  • Accommodations in our simple and cozy jungle chalets are glamping magic! Each guest will have their own twin bed with mosquito netting. Bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) in each chalet. Located only 150 meters from the beach. Wake surrounded by monkey families & toucans. Enjoy the lush views and sounds of the jungle as you stroll to yoga at the castle, or down to the beach!

Yoga Therapy for Cesarean Birth

Saturday, Nov. 3rd from 1:00-3:00pm | $35

A postnatal yoga workshop for mamas who gave birth by cesarean. Whether it was planned or was a last minute emergency decision, belly birth results in major abdominal surgery. Recovering from surgery is a big deal, as is the process of reintegrating after having a baby. This workshop will cover the anatomy of what shifts during pregnancy, labour and specifically a cesarean. There will be self massage techniques that help with reducing scar tissue as well as core integration practice to aide in the recovery process. If you've had a baby via cesarean this workshop is for you, whether it was 6 weeks ago or 6 years ago! New mamas, please make sure you have your doctors 'ok' before participating.

The Wisdom Within: a day retreat

If you are looking for something to help you feel like yourself again, connect to the wisdom of your body, and re-energize your soul, this day is for you.

In this full-day exploration into self we will be looking at the ways to return to our core, the root and essence of who we are for a richer and more ease-full life.

Life seems to be moving at such a fast pace that it is hard to stay connected to our truth and who we are as individuals. As a result life can feel more chaotic, overwhelming, stressful, and chore-like than we would like it to. We lose crucial, unique pieces of what makes us who we are, what brings us joy and lights us up in life, and what connects us to those we love as we try to "do it all" day in and day out. We start to go through the motions and begin to feel numb.

With the practices, meditation, and mindfulness we will be engaging in, there is opportunity to start to re-circuit our nervous system as well as increase the amount of pleasure and contentment we experience in life. Check in with what it is that you are needing, desiring, and missing from a self-care perspective.

At the end of the day you will leave feeling more connected to yourself, have tools for further exploring embodiment and experiencing more pleasure, feel more resilient and free in the face of all your responsibilities, and root your self-worth in the true nature of your being, instead of how well you perform your roles in life.

This workshop is welcoming to all body sizes and you need not have any previous meditation or yoga experience to attend.

Infant Massage

Learn and experience the joy of massaging your baby. This class is geared toward infants up until they are crawling away. You will be provided with a take home booklet of the sequence. 

Please bring a receiving blanket and perhaps a doll or stuffed toy to practice on, in case your baby isn't in the mood (or if you're still pregnant!)

How to Vinyasa

Saturday, Sept. 22nd from 1:00-3:00pm | $30

This workshop will break down the sun salutation, whether you're a new yogi wondering what exactly the teacher means when she offers the option to "take a vinyasa", or a more experienced practitioner wanting to challenge yourself safely (think chaturanga into upward dog.) We will explore the different segments of the sequence, including common alignment pitfalls. There will be creative propping and pacing ideas so that you can confidently adapt the flow to suit your body, or challenge yourself in a new way. Vinyasa translates into breath led movement and this workshop will liberate the power of your breath through this movement sequence.
